As time goes by in the roleplay, new creatures will arise and show themselves to the elementors. Some friendly, some not, but as more information on them is revealed, it will be added.
Known Species Recorded: 7
~Crimmin~
A tiny, furry biped with a shape similar to that of a human, only with longer fingers and a rounder head. Their fur is usually brown or black, though there are some cases of golden or gray ones as well as albinos. Their eyes are slit-pupiled and either gold or green. The average height for one is about six inches tall.
They are aquisitive little creatures. Most cases of inexplicably lost items can be attributed to a crimmin infestation. The lair of a crimmin can usually be found in the crawl space under an elevated house, dug out between the roots of a tree or in a secluded corner of a little-used attic or basement.
Known Crimmins: 0
~Kafit~
Kafits evolved from different birds of prey, millions of years ago. They have similar behaviors to birds of prey, and are usually colored in the same way. Originally to assist in climbing trees, kafits grew two long talons on the end of their wings, and a long monkey-like tail to grab branches.
Depending on their background, kafits can range from highly intelligent beings, to savage beasts that attack upon sight. When angered they will puff up their feathers and hiss as a warning, soon attacking if the creature doesn't move.
Gaining the gift of telepathy, it is their main form of communication which is understandable by non-kafits.
Known Kafits: 1
-Dakah Semai
~Kyor~
A strange species resembling a three-tailed fox-cat. Arari claims that Aria is one. Apparently, for people with the ability to seperate the soul from their body like Arari the creature takes on one of 26 animal shapes. Kyor is ranked 1, rarest and hardest to control.
-Kyors are very agile, have the ability to contort themselves much like cats or foxes (if you've ever seen them)
-Myst is an attack commonly used by a Kyor, in which they spray their prey, or attacker with a waterlike substance that slows them down and fatigues them. In smaller animals it can be fatal, in humans it is more like pulling an all-nighter and trying to run around the next morning. Effects are based on dose absorbed into skin.
Known Kyors: 1
-Aria
~Motes~
In their natural form, they're insubstancial glowing gas, either blue or violet. They live off specific protein cells found only in carnivors or omnivors. They will enter the victem by nose or mouth. They then live inside the lung, eating away at the tissue.
Often mistaken for TB or brochitus, one can co-exist with a host, if the mote is small and the victem is resillient. However, elderly or young vitems, overlarge motes, or multiple motes in one host will cause death. Extraction is difficult. The most common (though dangerous) method is to drownd the victem, causing the mote to flee, then recessitate them. Care must be taken to not enhale the mote when performing the procedure. They can be trapped in vacuums.
Known Motes: 0
Nagas
Long ago, during the time of the Elementors, a young shapeshifting witch fell in love with a human. Taking on the form of a lovely young maiden, she met with the human warrior in secret every few nights, singing to him melancholy melodies that eased his heart. When he found out what she was, however, he gathered a small band of villagers with him upon yet another meeting. Unbeknownst to the men hiding close by, the witch approached her lover, only to be ambushed, and soon killed.
Upon her death, she muttered a vindictive curse on the man she loved, and he and all his brethren turned into a ghastly race of reptiles, complete with armored scales, poisonous fangs, and every bit as grotesque as those he shunned.
- Some nagas are stuck forever in a half state, their lower body like that of a snake's and from torso up, like a human. Others can take on a complete human form, then a subspecies at will (viper, cobra, coral snake, etc.)
- Nagas tend to dislike cold places. Some are naturally cruel, bitter because of their past, while others are mischievous and cunning. All are sly, however, and many aren't to be trusted. They value open-mindedness, however, and pay no attention to the meaning of the word "shy." Most are very flexible, and good in the creative performing arts.
Known Nagas: 0
~Skimcha~
Loyal minions of Sin-Ark, who are believed to be mutated from insects. They are extremly large and bulky, which gives them a large amount of strength but also own lightning speed. Their tongue ends in a spike used to inject posion, similar to a snake's fang, which takes a long time to become fatal, though can only be cured through powerful use of healing spells.
Encountering one, it is rare to come out of it alive by yourself, as those that are too powerful are usually held in place until more powerful allies can come and take care of the problem.
Known Skimchas: 2
-Kuan Skida
- Banfia Warthere
~Snichet~
Fisher-like creatures (big black weasels) with small horns. They are rather mischievous and are known to be talented thieves. The aren't usually evil-minded though, just enjoy playing tricks on others and causing general confusion for humans.
