Dakah flinched as Blossom whacked the girl over the head, wincing as he did. : Er...Ah...Hm... : Unsure whether she was actually unconsious yet, Dakah decided it was time to retreat.
: Quick, hide while she's distracted, if she falls unconsious, we shall call the elementors over, they may know what to do with her. : With that, Dakah scampered on all fours to hide in one of the drawers under the sink, motioning for James and Blossom to do the same.

"Okay, hide, piece of cake, mate," James said. Or rather, the air said, as by that point he was somewhere in the walls. Hey, no house is truly ferret-proof. And James had had a lot of practice.
James sat down next to a tree. "Yeah, they'll be fine." It seemed like he could almost hear them all, whispering in his head. Hard to make anything out, though.

Arari gasped as something hit her in the back of the head, cursing her own stupidity. How could she have not noticed someone, something coming behind her? How could she have let this happen? She tried to fight it, but her body was stubborn. Arari couldn't faint, she couldn't when she was so sure now it was them, it had to be.... how else? Slowly her eyes closed as everything else became distant. There was darkness, and she felt herself falling. And then, nothingness, and darkness. She couldn't be unconcious, not now! No! Not now... she could still almost make out what was going on, like static, pictureless static, all she had to know what was going on was her hearing. Barely at that. Right now she was powerless... and there was nothing she could do about it this time.

: Okay, can one of you fetch the elementors, preferebly you James, Blossom can help me shift this human outside. : Practically leaping out of the cupboard, he skidded on the floor over to Arari, grabbing her left arm and attempting to move her out the door. : Human's used to be much more smaller...Easier to shift... :
Barely getting a centimetre closer to the door, he gave up and starred at the familiars. (Drat, another Writer's Block flu going around...)

She felt herself being moved, but there was nothing she could do about it. Arari wanted to scream, scream so loud, so someone, anyone would save her. But who would actaully help HER? Who would save HER? ...Who even wanted her? So all she could do was feel the motion, hear footsteps, in the endless darkness that surrounded her. SHe couldn't move, she couldn't do anything, just be dragged along to a nearly certain demise.

Blossom nodded. :Maybe someone could sling her over my back?: She said, pushing the girl outside. :It would be alot easier than just pushing and pulling.: She thought for a moment, then called Amelia over. :Mia? Could you help me out here? We've got an unconcious ferrit-napper that we need to move before she wakes up.:
Hearing Blossom, Amelia looked up and walked over to where the animals were struggling. Seeing the growing lump on the back of the girl's head, she sighed. "You guys are insane. With a lump that big, she'll know she wasn't dreaming. But whatever." She took the girl by the arms and began to drag her away. "Where do you want her?"

Tyler just stared at the five of them (Dakah, Blossom, Amelia, James, and the girl). "Why is she unconscious?" he asked, having heard very little of the conversation, besides what was said aloud. Frankly, he was surprised they had managaed to shift her this far.
"You don't want to know, mate," said James, following the group uselessly. "We'll just leave it at attempted murder."

: Blossom knocked her out. : Announced Dakah, ignoring the 'You don't want to know' from James. He paused for a moment, before fluttering to the window sill next to the elementors. : I'm afraid authority will look into the matter if we leave it at ' Attempted Murder'. :
Starting to preen his feathers once more, an instinct Dakah was rather embarrassed about, the kafit then began to inspect the injury on the girl's head.
: However, what I am more worried about would be this female's knowledge of us. When talking, she apparently recognized me and my species....I do not know her... : The kafit then turned to face the elementors, a curious expression on his face.
: She would not be Tikian, would she? Humans are incapable of shape shifting, correct? : Without waiting for an answer, Dakah then questioned James on any unusual behavior while in the house.

Tyler's head was spinning. "Murder...She tried to kill you?" He sat down on the grass with a thump, almost unconsciously answering Dakah's question. "Humans can't change what they look like..."
"Hey, she was the one doin' the murderin', mate," James said with usual exaggeration. "And I dunno, she got kinda quiet a few times, and she said I wasn't dyed, or some such rot. And she tried to torture me. I was too tough for 'er," he added.

:Hey! I was just working for our own good!: said Blossom, stamping a hoof on the ground. : Of course, the police will never guess that a doe that will never grow up is the criminal.:
Amelia couldn't help but grin. You could see the resemblence between the two of them. "No, normal people can't shapeshift. Not at all. Sure, we can put on a wig, but this isn't Maya." She said, nudging the girl with her foot.

Standing up, Tyler looked at the girl. "She's not Maya. No chance. I don't know her...She's new. Or younger than me. Or both. I dunno." He was still a bit floored, hence the babbling.
"Yeah, well, I'm rememberin' her scent," James said. "I ain't gonna run afoul a' her no more." He looped over as well, poking her with his nose. "I say we bury 'er, just in case."
((THERE! The board's not dead anymore! Now it's someone else's problem to continue!))

Dakah remained silent for a while, listening to the various issues brought up. : Well, we could take her to one of the designated Training Grounds? They are all well- hidden, untouched by humans since the last time you were alive.... : He spiraled down to meet the girl, just in case he saw anything of use, but there was no such luck.
: Except one place, it's an abandoned building now...I am unsure what type of building though. : Announced the kafit, pointing in the general direction of a warehouse that had been deserted for a few years by now.
: Even though they can not arrest some of us, they may pick up traces of DNA from Mia and Zane around the area, I believe they are capable of doing so now, correct? : Though far behind in many things, Dakah did occasionally see or hear things of use.

Amelia nodded. "He has a point, y'know. It's best to destroy the evidence. Anyone know how to rinse this girl between the ears?" she said, using a phrase from a fantasy series, the Keys to the Kingdom. "That means brainwash, fyi. And then, yeah, they'd still be able to pick up evidence. Dead skin cells, hairs, and such. Though, it was Blossom who really did the crime."
Blossom pawed the ground nervously. "Uh, they ain't gonna come with one of those knock-out darts, are they? I saw a bear get hit with one of them, and he was out. A bear! Please tell me you can do it!!"
"Tyler, any ideas? I think we should just hide her in that warehouse... By the way Dakah, that's what kind of a building it is. A storage building." Amelia said. Her mind was sorting through the pieces of the puzzle slowly. After all, the pieces were supernatural, just like the ones she was the most familiar with. Fantasy books.

: Aye, I saw that! It was on one of those magical squares that many humans watch....telly-fishing, I believe. : He looked rather proud with himself at that moment, thinking he got the name right for the 'magic squares'.
: Storage? Odd. May one ask why they store things into places without security? : Questioned the kafit, staring at the building with a confsued look on his face before he turned back to the unconsious girl on the floor. It was then that he noticed something, poking his beak into her pocket and retrieving a 'shiney cylinder', which would probably have been identified as a five cent coin.
: Perhaps this is a device capable of magical properties? Perhaps she can read minds? She appeared to know quite a bit about us, as I stated before.... :

"Um...tele-vision, Dakah. Not fishing. It's the Greek and Latin words for sight." Always good for useless information, Tyler concentraited on the bigger issue. "Well, we didn't go in her house. That was just you three," as he pointed to the animals. "So we don't need to worry about the house. And, if you're right about her not being normal, there probably won't even be a bother with the police."
"The only thing you lot've got to worry about," James added, "is any caring samaritin who sees you draggin' off a body." Not that she was dead...
"Um, yeah. And, if she is normal, and we've kidnapped her, we have bigger issues. Where are these 'training grounds' ? Besides the building." A slight pause as he processed the last of Dakah's speach. "Um...that's a nickel, Dakah. Unless they've got around to enchanting bit change, I don't think you have to worry."

: Oh.... : He starred at it for a while, deciding whether he should try to eat it or not, eventually dropping it on the floor and continuing on the more important conversation.
: Let me see....The lake to the east, that was one. It's still there I believe....There was a mountain, but that is too far away for now I believe....and probably only James would have a chance there until....Tyler mastered his element. Oh, and a volcano, but that was far away, another currently unreachable place. :
Pausing for a while, the kafit closed his eyes and muttered something to himself, knowing he missed a few. : I believe the forest I currently live in was one also, Blossom? Do you remember a forest for your and Mia's element? :
That was all Dakah could remember for now, though he was certain there were plenty more that were available for different things. : Familiars, do you remember any others? :

"Of course!" squeaked Blossom. "Sling her across my back and she'll be there... Uh, slightly safe...I can never guarantee I won't run into something... in five minutes!"
Amelia blinked. It seemed Dakah had it all planned out. "And this stuff has been here, untouched, for how long again?"

"Eh, think that was all of 'em," the blue ferret responded. "One for each speciality, right? Fire in the volcano, wind on the mountain, water in the lake, earth in the forrest, darkness in the the cave...Wait...where was light?" He thought for a minute. "Don't remember. S'pose it was on some beach. No, there were no beaches. Light can be on the roof. Dark in the cellar. Yeah." Somehow this all made sense.
"Um...okay...no idea what you're talking about, James." Tyler would be hard-pressed to comprehend James' rambling, but that wasn't important. "A lake, you said? I don't know any lakes around here. And I'm not sure if I trust...Blossom, right?...with carrying anyone. Not because she's clumsy," he quickly added. "I just don't know if she can take the weight. She's a doe, not a mare."

: Yes, there was one for each element, and a few others for various things such as stealth and target practise....The cave is used by bears now I think, but that building looks like it might do us some good still? : Announced the hawk, getting ready to fly once more, slightly tired by the ammount of moving about he had done today.
: Actually....could I get a lift from someone? : Questioned the hawk, glancing up at the humans. : The building is quite close....and I believe that Blossom's element gave her above-average strength over the years....Am I correct Blossom? :

"Yep!" chirped Blossom, kicking up some dust in impatience. "Someone just get her on my back, and we'll be going!"
"Er, prop on my shoulder, I s'pose..." said Amelia, slightly confused. "I guess the warehouse is the best option. But there's still the problem of passerby. Like James said. Any caring person would probably call the police, or at least ask us what we were doing..."

: Well....We could say we are one of those travelling entertainment shows....Er...Circus? I think that's how it is pronounced.... : Announced Dakah, flapping onto Amelia's shoulder as she spoke.
: Besides, I do not believe deers willingly walk with humans unless they were used to them, correct? We could say that this girl was practising something that is rather dangerous, fell, and hit her head? We were taking her to a friend near-by who is medically advanced? :
The kafit pondered over this, quickly trying to think of what to do if confronted incase the first plan was discarded.

"Well... That's about the best idea I've heard all day." said Amelia, smiling. "How do you come up with these things so fast?" She knelt down by the girl. "Well, someone wanna help me lift her? If anyone hasn't noticed, I'm not that big."
Blossom bobbed her head at the decisions the group was making. "Well, I guess that's the best we'll get!"

: I would help, but I could barely lift her arm when we tried to drag her out of the house... : Announced Dakah, flapping off Amelia's shoulder and attempting to land on Tyler's as he glanced at the others.
: Lets hope she does not wake until we are prepared... : Added the kafit.
(Ugh, severe Writer's Block -_-)

Tyler's knees buckled a bit as the kafit landed. "Well, that might work," he said, "although you're wording is a bit archaic." He bent down akwardly, trying to balance the bird. "We'll lift her on three." ((wakey wakey, kkg...perhaps...))

Her mind began recomposing itself, as it did so rather quickly. Slowly dark mist faded as she felt herself being moved. Moved not good. She was careful to keep her eyes closed until she was sure she can handle herself. Once she was ready, Arari's eyes snapped opened, and in a moment she was on her feet. He eyes narrowed as she stared at each person surrounding her, taking time to memorize their faces. "You hve sixty seconds to explain," she said, cold and harsh, her words with a deep ice texture, "Start now."

Seeing the girl's eyes fly open, Amelia hopped back, and put on her innocent little girl face.
Remembering what Dakah had told her the other day, she attempted to mind-speak with the others. :Testing? Testing? Gawd, I hope this works. Blossom, James, Dakah! Run! And Tyler, you're now my older brother.:
"Oh! You're awake! Thank gosh, I thought you were dead! We found you laying down, in the middle of the park, and dragged you over here to get some shade! Are you alright? Do you need an ice pack? Some water? That's a nasty bump you've got there." Rambling all this off quickly, she looked up as Blossom's dark brown rump dissappeared in the distance. But had it worked with the others? Most of all, had the girl heard?

:Kthnxbye: could be heard by the elementors as James ran off. Or something like that, anyway. He dashed into the bushes as fast as he could, blue tail out of view in an instant.
:Oooo-kay: The sudden shock and stress allowed Tyler to mind-speak without even thinking about it. Sort of. "Yes, ah, you, were, on the ground, and that was bad, are you okay?" He was babbling, but with much less sence or control than Amelia. He bent down next towards the now-concious girl and tried to check for a pulse. Obviously she had one, but he needed to do something, and wasn't really thinking.

"Geezez, Tyler, why are you taking her pulse? It's obvious she's still alive." Turning to the girl, she rolled her eyes. "My brother is such a dork. Anyway, I'm Amelia. Who'r you?"
:I am not held subject to any offensive comments I say while pretending to be related to you. I don't mean them. Most of the time. But I didn't mean that one! : Clarified Amelia through her mind. After all, she didn't want him to get mad or something. Brothers and sisters called each other names! She didn't have any of her own, but that much she knew.

Her brain fizzed, as it normally did every so often, just in time to hear 'I am not held to any offensive comments I say while pretending to be related to you', : You can stop the act, : She echoed through their minds, : I can hear you. : "Shall we continue this conversation in a safer location, or do you want random passer-byd to know?"

: What do you know about us? : Questioned the kafit, poking his head through the leaves of his tree. He had been a little slow to hide from the girl, so was easily noticable from where he was perched. : Do not answer, we shall have to kill you. : Yet again, he was trying to sound fiercer then he really was.
: And if you think this will attract the attention of humans who pass us, it shall not. I believe they will only think you have lost your mind, correct? : He hissed and puffed up his feathers at her, not really wanting to show that he couldn't morph something powerful enough to kill her, if she knew that he was once able to.
